All Meetings are held of the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. No meetings are held in January or February. The March, April, May, October, November and December meetings are held at a central public location. Summer meetings are held at a hosting member’s home, barn or alternate central location.
Chuck Wagon - Volunteers are needed to host our Summer Meetings and sign up for the Chuck Wagon. Three or four members will be needed to volunteer to bring a food item for all to share at each of the summer meetings. A sheet will be passed around during the meetings for chuck wagon volunteer sign ups. Hosts should plan to provide water and a sandwich item. The chuck box will contain cups, plates, bowls, silverware and napkins for the host to use.
