TWO-MILE RUN COUNTY PARK WORK DAY UPDATE
On Saturday, November 8, 2025 there were 17 volunteers that rolled in to help with clean up before winter settles in. Mother Nature apparently provided the weather for them! Young and not-so-old helped disperse manure that hadn't been spread out behind the high lines over the summer, gathered up as many chestnuts as possible, moved the picnic tables to the pavilion and any other work that was needed. Thank you to everyone that showed up and donated their time and muscles!!!

UPDATE: The rider that was injured has had successful surgery and is receiving physical therapy. She still has a long recovery, so please keep her in your prayers and thoughts.
As with any outdoor activity, there is an inherent risk of injury. Some are higher than others. During our recent Monte Carlo Trail Fundraiser, one of the riders was injured and suffered a broken pelvis. Her surgery yesterday was successful, and she is recovering. Thank you for your huge outpouring of concern, so please keep sending your prayers for her healing.

If you weren't able to attend the National Horse Lovers Association Monte Carlo Trail Fundraiser on Saturday, September 27, 2025, you missed a lot!!! Jason Gharing was the 1st place winner with the highest score, Lisa Hall was the 2nd place winner, Jodie Bean was the lowest score winner, and Joni Yotpolis won the 50/50 drawing. The food was out of this world, and the Chinese auction made it very difficult to decide where you wanted to put your tickets. Last year there were 127 riders; this year, 164 riders; next year, the sky is the limit!! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED MAKE THIS EVENT SUCH A SUCCESS.
